High grade Telecom board is a large board that is populated with lots of ic chips. It is generally flat in appearance and contains little to no capacitors, resistors and absolutely no transformers of any size.

We generally require a picture of the board before we will accept it as telecom.

As with all boards, we require the batteries to be removed before we can purchase them.

If there are batteries on the board, large or small, please remove them.
