im trying to figure out whats the easiest cheapest way to ship almost 400 lbs of lithium ion batteries to boardsort from Washington state any recommendations?

Assuming you've got them all properly taped off and well packed Fedex ground is probably the cheapest; though there's some users who are commercial drivers; so hang tight for a few days and see if anyone replies to this that may be able to undercut that.
