Spark plugs have their own class at large urban or industrial yards. Many don’t sort out things but some auto salvage companies might.
I believe all spark plugs have some PM in it. Nickel or Palladium. Maybe platinum.
As to the name? It’s not regulated so it could be platinum. Or a fancy name.
On the other hand Bosch is known for performance equipment. And the names equate to real materials.

They also have a post consumer sourced materials policy. They’re also very hard to find on your own; much like snap-on.
So walking into a large scrap company with a handful of Bosch spark plugs may get a second look. :)
