I got gold. Nuggets gold plated jewerly and silver/silver plated do you guys purchase it?

Boardsort doesn’t buy gold beyond gold plated pins.
Gold nuggets need an assay. You can check with a local jeweller.

There’s many levels of plated metal items out there. Hence the reason boardsort doesn’t buy them.
There’s electroplated, and chem plate. Basically costume jewellery. Basically no pm value.

Consumer plate, generally the silver plate you would find at a big box store or discount club. Think $20 gold chain. Has $1 of gold.

Then this heavy plate. Mil and rolled. woth gold and higher whites this will be marked as pl, mil, rd, rl, and have a fraction 1/10, 1/20 etc or a decimal, 0.1, .2 and the like. For silver look for pl fine.
This last category is where there is actual value for the metals.

Boardsort buys all non-magnetic silver plate, including flatware as silver plated brass.
