Chip density isn't what I'd like, but curious where these grade as is.

Top to bottom:
Peripheral (possible that it could go as mid-grade because of the transformers)
Mid-grade (could go peripheral because of IC chips)
Peripheral

Definitely not telecom because of the low density of IC chips and large quantity of transformers and resistors.

I’ve dealt with this stuff directly. Relatively recently. The transformers kill the first board, ICs + gold pins save the second
