Pentium pro as in the claimed king. (Rather have a sparc 2 any day) Over rated but yes.

The material is most likely, if I'm correct on all counts, a vinyl silicate polymer plastic. When the ceramic cpus are "stamped" in a press the material melts and suctioned off leaving that tiny semisoft lip around exposed components.
That's far from a cpu dye but still unique.
