Here's my guess:

#1: Remove the transformer for Low Grade Telecom.
#6 and #8: Midgrade,

Rest Peripheral.

1 is good as is. 8 is a sandwich board with a gold layer. Peripheral, barely.
Otherwise correct.

Yes. One has a quality aspect going for it. Two large 3D ICs.
Combined with the ICs on the back and the small board size.
