My guesses: (nothing on the backs)

A = Mid either way so remove IC
B = Mid either way so remove IC
C = Peripheral only with IC
D = Mid

B/c midgrade or peripheral if ports are gold pins
D midgrade

B and C have gold pins. Are they still peripheral if IC's are removed?
