There are a dozen gold pins on #3 that I tried to give a clearer picture of.

4 I can’t tell if it’s your flash or the ee IC is actually gold flashed.
All are peripheral UNLESS 4 is gold capped. Which would move it to gold cap chip board

Lost,
The chip is silver on top, the lighting does give it a gold color in the pic.
Peripheral it is.
