Here's my guess:

1) Peripheral
2) Connector End
3) Connector End or midgrade
4) A few months ago, I had some boards like this (it looks like a netbook motherboard) and I was trying to figure out what grade they would be. I was guessing either peripheral or laptop motherboard. So I emailed Chris some pictures of the boards and he said they would go as laptop motherboards. I recently sent those boards in a shipment and had no problems. So it would probably go as a laptop motherboard. Don't forget to remove the battery. :)
