Given I can grab them from any supplier @$8 for 10.
Average eBay price is $2

Down side is you have to be very specific or very lucky.
If you post the exact item it came from and not much more you may be able to sell it as a replacement.
The other side:
You need very specific stats. How many pins. The pin width and length. Package height. Material (poly, organic, ceramic). Pin material (nickel, gold plate, tin, silver). A 42040 will command $6+ where the 40a Will be lucky to pass $2.

So no. Outside of early aged ceramics there’s little in the way of value. Those may get you $3. Remember ebay fees extend to shipping price as well as final value.
