 Post subject: Are These Peripheral?

I was wondering if these where peripheral. I'm think they are, but I didn't know if I should remove the modulators. Any help will be appreciated.

I would say yes to all with the comment that the two in the top photo are the closest (in my opinion) to not being peripheral because of large connector "pad" those always make me stop and reconsider but those boards have lots of visible ics I think it should pass, I'd suggest taking those heatsinks off the one on right but trying to pry off some heatsinks I peeled the ics off with the aluminum, that's a downgrade

On board #2 those appear to be some sort of plastic, ceramic or fiber. Given the one is broken I would heat them up with heat gun and then pry them up.
