The first two pictures are front and back of a very big and old CD drive with 2 SCSI connectors and a big socketed ceramic chip. Does this still go with other CD/DVD controller boards? I assume leave the big chip in?

The third and fourth pictures are a set of boards that came from an old tape drive. Would these tape drive boards go with CD/DVD drive boards, or into the Telco/Peripheral categories?

Thank You!

The top board ... has everything for cd/dvd rate so yes

Next set
Peripheral/telco/telco/telco/peripheral

Third from left is the controller. Normally this type of tape controller goes cd/dvd but here it has enough to make the jump even higher
