In newer laptops, some are like that, but are Bluetooth cards, These are not too common and were normally used when bluetooth first came out as an option for laptops, Anymore the Bluetooth is built in to the WiFi card or the laptop has 2 PCI-E slots one for WiFi one for a Bluetooth/Cellular card. This card I think came out of a IBM X41 tablet.
