The first sorting of the cpu is simply looking at the contact area: odes it have pins or just dots of gold? If dots, then it is "no pin" CPU and you can end your ID quest.
If it has pins, then you look at the composition: Is it ceramic, fiber, or fiber with a metal cap. At this point, you search the name/manufacture associated with the CPU to finalize the category. The process for 8086 is a bit different

It would help to see the other side, but that looks like a Black Fiber CPU.
