Consumer mice? No Xerox mice had a few that would be cell, but a dead one is worth over $100 so why take it apart. Like Lisa (see below) these boards are actually worth far more than cell class as scrap. The board itself is layered copper mesh, not plastic or wood. Each layer has a gold plating thick enough to be classed as mil. At the current gold rate they're worth around $150, per pound.
DEC and IBM, 4 buttons and 3 respectively, had mice in the late seventies, early eighties, that were proprietary bus mice for workstations; again these are over $50 each so not a scrap target.
As far as my understanding the Lisa mouse was produced in three runs, each of lower cost/value. The first very limited run was paired with the equally limited over achieving run of Lisas supplied to team members and for demo units to insure the highest rate of quality and lowest of failure. .
But to answer your question, again: Consumer mice? No
There's always exceptions so post a photo when you get a chance. You've got me intrigued.
